How it started

Southern Illinois Piping Contractors, LLC. was established in 1991 and began operations with a modest investment and limited resources, focusing on small-scale projects. Through strategic bidding and early successes, the company quickly gained momentum with key projects, including contracts for the Illinois Capital Development Board and local school systems. By 1992, SIPC had successfully expanded its reach, securing significant contracts totaling over $3 million.

Over the years, SIPC embraced technological advancements in project estimation, further positioning itself for growth and larger projects, including its first million-dollar contract in 1994. This legacy of early innovation and steady growth laid the foundation for the company’s continued success.

Before Forming Our Hub
Before establishing the current tri-state operational hub, Southern Illinois Piping LLC began its journey in 1991 as a small regional business specializing in commercial HVAC, plumbing, and piping services. Initially focusing on local projects, the company steadily built a reputation for reliability and technical expertise, tackling a wide range of commercial and industrial contracts.
SIPC Today
Over time, as demand grew beyond Southern Illinois, the company expanded into neighboring states, extending its high-quality service and expertise to Missouri and Indiana. This regional expansion allowed the company to serve a broader clientele, becoming a trusted provider across the tri-state area.
